many of you already know me. Still, I want to take the opportunity today to introduce myself again. A few reasons for that:

• I have been very involved in testing & trying many new programs and courses that I will share with you shortly!

So, who am I and what am I for here?

My name is Kasia Greco, I am 38 and Austrian,  married to an Italian and a proud mother of two little sons aged 4 and 7. And this is key as I am first of all a loving and caring person in all aspects of my life. I am always seeking for optimum results and thriving for excellence, both as mom and as manager. Being enthusiastic and passionate about all I do, I always search for optimum outcome.

My definite strengths are in project planning, persistence and endurance. This is where I have also gained almost 15 years of working experience in renowned multinational companies I worked for in positions as Marketing Director and Senior Business Line Manager. From my professional career my main knowledge and experience lies within the Consumer Health Industry and in Marketing, where she has specialized and worked for almost 10 years.

I never like stopping but always am on the search for new challenges, new interesting things to learn and to work on. I have accomplished several Sales Technique courses as well as completed my training as leadership and team coach.

If you would ask people who know me quite well, they would tell you the following: “Kasia is a loving and caring mother, wife, daughter and sister. Enduring and with a huge will, I fluently speak 6 languages and have the thrive and determination to helping other working moms to build their own business and making money working from home – all others welcome too !

I am committed to delivering high value added content and sharing all I learn along the way with you. Helping others makes me feel good. This makes me grow as a person and in business. Giving and receiving are a major virtue to success and I feel blessed having been taught so and applying it everywhere I can!

Did you everask yourself WHY some people have so much success online and others not?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY you made so many efforts and the checks for commissions were not as you had hoped for?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY some people got tons of traffic to their websites and you did not?

I have, not only once but even quite often asked myself these kind of questions!

I had set my mind for success, one of the most important actions we all need to take when starting out any new venture. Mindset, focus and determination, in combination with massive action are the success formula to all our success, to your success.

Einstein already would say: “What you think about is what you bring about” … no explanation needed, I’m sure!

So, here I was, mindset checked OK, marketing set up, action list marked … but the expected reaction from the market would not come …. WHY????

I did not understand why I was not obtaining the expected results, what is it that I was missing? I had the best system on earth, the best converting product, so I was set for success, right?!

Well, just almost … remember the formula to success? Mindset & Massive Action … and this is the point that I was missing …I have the mindset right, I have a great product, I have the best system out there … but I forgot to include ME in this action plan!

My personal input:

• me using the system, not just having it;
• me driving action and not just waiting;
• me challenging myself and the system, not accepting;
• me taking the situation into my hands and not making any system nor product to think instead of me.

Any business, be it online or a traditional offline business, copy shop or corner store. You can rent the best office and the shop in Sunset Boulevard with the biggest windows. You can have the best food in your restaurant and the most famous designers in your store. If YOU do not stand for this all, if you do not get involved personally, then you will not succeed. Not online, not offline. If people trust you and know you they will come to you … and appreciate the fact that you have great designer clothes or the best marketing system available for them. They would still come if you had the second best system or copy shop, because they come to you!

See the difference, see the challenge and see the human aspects of online business, they are as important there as they are at the store right around the corner!

• you will learn in a “proven” environment
• you will have access to working tools and different relevant helps and tips
• you will learn from experts
• you will see what people like and what methods work best
• you will see which marketing activities bring back the best return on investment, most leads – filling “your list”
• you will start earning money
• you will start a business online having resources to create your own product (if this is your wish) and implementing all the best practice examples
