Kasia back here … and yes I know, I am not placing my regular blogs here for you … I have to admit I am focusing on three things right now:

1) getting ready for a fantastic autumn with tons of news about online marketing to share with you

2) I am eagerly working on SuccessToIncome TV for sharing important news and tools I learn about and come along on my way

3) I am enjoying a fantastic summer wit my beloved, playing with my boys, getting energy, having fun and feeding my mind with new inspirations and ideas for the next months to come!

Anyhow, today I just wanted to say

c) … share with you a few lines about Ferragosto – the most important summer party in Italy.

Today is Ferragosto in Italy, the day when Roman Catholics believe the Virgin Mary is supposed to have ascended to heaven, and a major Italian holiday. Even before the time of Christ, however, Romans honored the gods on August 15 with a celebration they called Feriae Augusti.

Ferragosto is, next to Christmas, Easter and New Years, probably the most important holiday in Italy. The entire country shuts down on August 15 to celebrate.

So, I’m off o the beach to have tremendous fun, enjoy the day, have tons of food and the only thing I wan to wish you before I log off here:

Hallo dear friend,

Are you a person with a straight goal in mind and willing to achieve? I was and still am. I have read through many online business proposals and researched many online tools and systems. I was on my way to close down this dream of a successful online business, but the MaxPro System made it revive and kicked me off to my great future, with significant online earnings and a terrific quality of life!

I did not dare to do so because I was in the lucky situation to already get to know Darren Salkeld personally at an event last year in May 2008. Since then I have pruchased his courses and followed his advise … and I have left my job by simply doing what he taught me to do.

My name is Kasia Greco, I am 37 years old and I live in Austria. I am a mother and I am a daughter, I am a wife and I am a sister, I am a Marketing director and I am a friend. A few months ago I have taken a very  important decision. I have decided to change my life for better:

less work, more quality time with my family and friends, more smiles in my life. It was a long way to get on this train. I finally managed to jump on, the moment that I realised and accepted 2 extremely important things:

1) Only I was and am responsible for my life. I can decide to be happy or sad, to live well or not. Nobody else can decide this, nobody can take this responsibility from me.

2) In order to live this better life that I am responsible for I have to have one thing very clear: WHAT DO I WANT? What are my goals? What is important to me? What do I want to achieve.

Exactly these same two answers are valid for you and for all others who want to experience and live significant change. Try it and you will live proof of it. It is no miracle; it is pure and verified reality.

Here on this blog I will be sharing with you my story that might become a lead for your story. I will be sharing with you not only my personal thoughts and believes that have made of me a better person, a person who is absolutely satisfied already now, even though still far away from where I want to go. The simple feeling of knowing what I want is so great that it is life changing already. It makes you feel more in peace with all and everybody.

I will be sharing with you all tips & tricks that I have learned and am still learning from the most renowned and successful people on the

I have told you that I am a Marketing director … well, actually I have to tell you that I WAS a Marketing Director. I have taken a very important decision and this is to leave my job and get on to a new life, to a life with more time for my beloved sons and family, friends and also for me.

Did you everask yourself WHY some people have so much success online and others not?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY you made so many efforts and the checks for commissions were not as you had hoped for?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY some people got tons of traffic to their websites and you did not?

I have, not only once but even quite often asked myself these kind of questions!

I had set my mind for success, one of the most important actions we all need to take when starting out any new venture. Mindset, focus and determination, in combination with massive action are the success formula to all our success, to your success.

Einstein already would say: “What you think about is what you bring about” … no explanation needed, I’m sure!

So, here I was, mindset checked OK, marketing set up, action list marked … but the expected reaction from the market would not come …. WHY????

I did not understand why I was not obtaining the expected results, what is it that I was missing? I had the best system on earth, the best converting product, so I was set for success, right?!

Well, just almost … remember the formula to success? Mindset & Massive Action … and this is the point that I was missing …I have the mindset right, I have a great product, I have the best system out there … but I forgot to include ME in this action plan!

My personal input:

• me using the system, not just having it;
• me driving action and not just waiting;
• me challenging myself and the system, not accepting;
• me taking the situation into my hands and not making any system nor product to think instead of me.

Any business, be it online or a traditional offline business, copy shop or corner store. You can rent the best office and the shop in Sunset Boulevard with the biggest windows. You can have the best food in your restaurant and the most famous designers in your store. If YOU do not stand for this all, if you do not get involved personally, then you will not succeed. Not online, not offline. If people trust you and know you they will come to you … and appreciate the fact that you have great designer clothes or the best marketing system available for them. They would still come if you had the second best system or copy shop, because they come to you!

See the difference, see the challenge and see the human aspects of online business, they are as important there as they are at the store right around the corner!
