Now it is time to turning goals and visions into action and taking the next step towards your personal success story.

This is why I have decided to dedicate this second quarter of 2010 to active step-by-step guidance and suggestions for online marketeers. Step by step we will walk together through the most important aspects of successful online marketing strategies and options.

From picking a winning niche which combines your passion with business opportunities and is lucrative;

through some tech talk about websites and the power of an Autoresponder;

through some basic copywriting skills and the power of blogs and ezines;

to end up with some of the most powerful free traffic driving techniques as well as,

the importance of testing and tracking.

The above is just a short overview of almost 3 months full of tips and tricks for you. 3 lessons a week is the plan and it is up to you to fine tuning those actions that you already know and to applying those which are new to you.

In your action lies the reaction of your potential customers and clients. These here are just some straight forward tips, and the online marketing school at KGI Consult a forum for you to ask questions and exchange ideas … but the power of all these lessons and tips will lie and only lies within you and what you will make out of it!

Hallo!

Did you everask yourself WHY some people have so much success online and others not?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY you made so many efforts and the checks for commissions were not as you had hoped for?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY some people got tons of traffic to their websites and you did not?

I have, not only once but even quite often asked myself these kind of questions!

I had set my mind for success, one of the most important actions we all need to take when starting out any new venture. Mindset, focus and determination, in combination with massive action are the success formula to all our success, to your success.

Einstein already would say: “What you think about is what you bring about” … no explanation needed, I’m sure!

So, here I was, mindset checked OK, marketing set up, action list marked … but the expected reaction from the market would not come …. WHY????

I did not understand why I was not obtaining the expected results, what is it that I was missing? I had the best system on earth, the best converting product, so I was set for success, right?!

Well, just almost … remember the formula to success? Mindset & Massive Action … and this is the point that I was missing …I have the mindset right, I have a great product, I have the best system out there … but I forgot to include ME in this action plan!

My personal input:

me using the system, not just having it;

me driving action and not just waiting;

me challenging myself and the system, not accepting;

me taking the situation into my hands and not making any system nor product to think instead of me.

Any business, be it online or a traditional offline business, copy shop or corner store. You can rent the best office and the shop in Sunset Boulevard with the biggest windows. You can have the best food in your restaurant and the most famous designers in your store. If YOU do not stand for this all, if you do not get involved personally, then you will not succeed. Not online, not offline. If people trust you and know you they will come to you … and appreciate the fact that you have great designer clothes or the best marketing system available for them. They would still come if you had the second best system or copy shop, because they come to you!

See the difference, see the challenge and see the human aspects of online business, they are as important there as they are at the store right around the corner!

With all my very best wishes
To your success
Your Kasia G.

Hallo again,

I am getting ready for KGI Consult to start through on April 1st. STill lots of offline business and some online start. The foundation layer is getting ready, the way is still long and tough, BUT the good news is that I know where I want to go adn I am willing to take all hurdles along the way!

I will be back with news on KGI Consult and some of my plans in the coming weeks but today I wanted to make sure to stop by and share an important learning I had along the way:

I am still in a learning process, actually I am a strong believer that we are all learning every single day, improving and finetuning for our success. The difference might simply be between learning consciously and learning in a passive, not evident way. Anyhow, this is another topic )

What I wanted to say is that these past days I got so excited with all the new tools I have learned and that have started bringing me massive success here in the wide vast world of online businesses, that I lost the overview. I have spent nights learning new tools, setting up social network accounts, writing network posts, testing YouTube video productions, finding out about new forums, connecting with people from around the Globe and exchanging ideas with them …. And time flew by and I did not even realise …

But today I sat down and said: What did I do these past days?

How many articles did I write? Zero

How many blog posts did I write? Zero

Did I do any Adwords? No

Did I mail my list? No

An then this shiver came over my back and I realised: I had been doing a lot, I had spent many long hours working – but it was with a long term view, mid term some of what I did … But NONE of the activities of my past days would generate immediate success, immediate income … and without continuous growth and success now in the short term all my mid term and long term preparations would not make a lot of sense …. See the point?

I had taken massive action on my longterm relationship building. I have grown in just a few days my friends on Twitter and Facebook (increasing as I am writing this post) and I have found great people to meet in there … but my Clickbank account stayed dry, sad and isolated ;-((

So I have decided a rule for myself and will be writing a concrete plan by tomorrow: “What to do, When, and How Often?!”

Income Producing Activities vs. Trainings & Social Networking & Support Activities & Co. = 2:1

Meaning 10 hours of income producing activities vs. max. 5 hours of training & networking & administration.

There is no need for any of us, especially when you have limited time resources, to free those for networking only or the other way round, for writing articles online only. A good mix of both will be the best, and the 2:1 formula should help you to focus and convert your huge motivation into a concrete plan.

To all your success

Your Kasia G.

Hallo there,

I do wish you have spent a gorgeous Thanksgiving with your beloved and a great relaxing and fun weekend! You have been taken massive action over the last weeks already. The simple fact of coming back here and getting informed, of learning is an important act of action that you are taking towards your success!

Still, there is a crucial point to it, a topic that I had to experience by my own and that I want to share with you here today on our mindset day: I was taking notes for a far too long time. I always thought that I needed to become an expert before taking any real action and turning theory into practice.

Each time I was at the edge of taking an action, fear overcame me, thoughts of failure came across and … I would go back and study more theory …

Well, this is NOT the right thing to do! You always have to ask you one simple question: “What is the worst thing that can happen to me?” So, if we talk for instance about traffic driving techniques, what is the worst that can happen? Well, you get no traffic from this specific action.

What happens if you do not take any action: the same happens: you get no traffic to your site. BUT, there is an important difference between the two: If you do nothing, nothing will happen. If you do something three main things could happen:

You get massive action to your site – WOW, you did it!

You get some traffic to your site – good start, check the keywords and the message, and profit from the traffic you already got!

You get no traffic to your site – go and try again!

See the difference? There are 2 out of 3 possibilities for you to succeed if you chose action over perfection. There is no chance for you to succeed if you get stuck with theory in search for perfection without taking any real action.

Go now and listen to Lesson number 8 of the Online Video Training Series for Complete Newbies to the Internet and get some more insights on this important aspect of taking massive action!

To your success, with all my very best wishes

Your Kasia G.

Hallo there,

Times are changing; everybody is talking about the big recession to come. Many are worried to lose their jobs. Others already look out for new frontiers, new business opportunities that will provide them stability and success. This is when the Internet comes into play as an alternative to traditional working methods.

Not only young mothers research this opportunity for having some income and still being able to stay with their children and family. More and more business entrepreneurs investigate online business opportunities as a new way and possibility for growing wealth and success despite the recession knocking at the doors of most countries.

When researching the vast world of the Internet for online business opportunities, be it young mothers or tough business managers, it is always extremely important to follow a certain scheme, actually a set of 3 major questions that will help you to start off with the right leg:

What am I interested in? Which is the market I am interested in and which I know –> is it finance or gardening, is it cars or the real estate industry?

What do I want to achieve? This question might seem quite trivial or even not necessary, but please believe me, it is essential! You need to know what your concrete goals are: a golf trainer online, a real estate agency might be as valid of a goal as becoming an affiliate marketer or creating your own service online focused on giving tips to people around the world on how to best plant fig trees.

How motivated am I? How much energy am I willing to put into this new opportunity I am evaluating? Mindset is key to your success. You have to have a precise vision of what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it. You have to have your goal and milestones set. Then, and only then, you will be ready to start with full power and at full throttle towards the future and your success.

Once you have them all answered – and please take your time – then you will be able to walk and work towards your first milestone. I will be here with many proven methods and tips, helping you to reach your success and goals.

To your success

Hallo,

this is Kasia G. back here for you. I spent quite a lot of time thinking about all the different things I want to share with you, I want to tell you about Internet Marketing, on how to drive your success in the online world, on all the aspects one has to consider when talking about affiliate marketing, blogging, and so on. And then I decided to talk to you about one of the most important aspects of it, one of the most powerful tools we have available: writing articles to drive traffic to your website.

When you are trying to promote your business using internet based marketing techniques, you can actually do many things that you may not have thought of. One of those things is using articles and the signature boxes to help funnel people to your business website, but you may not realize how to do it and what to write about. Here are some tips to help you get started on your way to internet success.

What To Write Your Articles About

You may not know where to start but when you really think about it, you may be able to come up with something that is great for you and your site. Some ideas are:

• What is your business about – This is one of the most obvious things to write about because it’s highlighting the benefits that you offer people in and more importantly, what you do.

• What you are passionate about – People want to read about what they desire most. This can be something that you really didn’t think about when you started, but by being passionate about the subject you will write a sweet article that is easy to read and loved by others.

• A Hobby – One of the best ways to attract attention for your business is to find a hobby that kind of fits into what your business is about. Writing about this will help get traffic to your site as well as make for some really great articles.

See what I mean?! You don’t need to be a Marketing Director nor a University professor. Take your passion or best expertise and write about it. Share your knowledge with people and they will understand very fast that you care about them. They will see that you want to share your knowledge so they can get best use out of it, for their profit. And they will trust you and come back to you.

This is the best and easiest way for starting to build really strong longterm relationships online with your prospects and customers.

Look out, soon I’ll be sharing more on this with you!

To your growing success

Your Kasia G.
