Hallo,

Just 10 days left for Christmas to come. Children are counting days, adults are rushing from place to place to meet friends, organize for presents … and … of course finish off with the work load for the ending year.

Within you working place, do you not experience a kind of friendlier atmosphere these days? I do! I had this experience both while working in a typical corporate environment, as well as now that I own my little company. Colleagues are somehow friendlier, the atmosphere is kind of lighter, even though very stress through all the preparations of this period of the year.

But, do we need Christmas to be friendlier with our colleagues and friends; with our employees and employers, with the suppliers and vendors? I don’t think so! Personally I do believe – and try to apply 5 simple “rules” to make people important throughout the year, wherever I go:

1. Speak & Live with credibility - I also refer to this principle as leading with moral authority. It does not mean much for you to say “let’s keep looking for the opportunity ahead” while living in fear and operating with a scarcity mentality.

2. Be authentic – Share with the people in your organization where you are weak. Express just how much you need them. Let them know that you know your limitations. Invite them to be team players, ask for their sorrows and share yours … and YES you have time for doing so … these are just seconds that can change long year relationships! ““Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” (Henry Ford)

3. See Abilities in Others They Don’t See Themselves – take time to be observant. Quit the craziness long enough to notice the talent in those around you, LISTEN to people when they tell you things. This is a huge GIFT not many have. After you have noticed a talent or strength in a person, let them know you noticed it and be specific about what you noticed and give them suggestions by for example telling them what you would do if you knew how to do a specic thing … “Innovation is a team sport” (Henry Ford).

4. Inspire People – Tell people about you so people will better understand you and you very often – without realizing – might inspire them, may be with a solution to a problem, maybe with an idea for a birthday gift. It is not important with what, but THAT you inspire those around you!  “If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as well as from your own.” (Henry Ford)

5. Live on Purpose – Remind people that personal life and working life are both part of the game. Remind them that what happens at work is only a portion of their life. Doing your job and living for your family or sports, for your private life is all important. The most important about it though is to have a clear vision of the goal one personally needs to set and then work and life with focus and determination, with faith and enthusiasm towards it!. “Enthusiasm is the yeast that makes your hopes shine to the stars. Enthusiasm is the sparkle in your eyes, the swing in your gait. The grip of your hand, the irresistible surge of will and energy to execute your ideas.” (Henry Ford)

I do wish you a stress-free week, full of positive meetings and of smiles, a clear plan to head towards the end of the year, with a huge smile on your face!

Kasia Greco here and this time I just want to share some thoughts with you.

I am actually enjoying a few days off with my boys & family, skiing in the Austrian Alps, relaxing and having fun. And those few days are great for body & mind, as the fresh (okay, I can admit it: freezing) wind clears the mind, brings positive thoughts, clear thoughts and ideas.

Winter time in my eyes in general is an excellent time to focus on what you really want to achieve and accomplish.

In winter it often (at least in most parts of the world) is really cold outside, grey days where one feels like hiding home with a warm cup of tea or coffee. And in this cozy atmosphere, with some candle light and inspirational music, very often thoughts turn into dreams. Use and cherish these moments. Let your dreams go. Then decide which ones are those you really want and need and are willing to go for!

Once you know this it will be easy to set the right actions that will bring you towards your dreams and make them turn reality.

Believe in yourself and your dreams. If there is something that you really want, then go for it! It does not matter if you get your dreams in closed rooms with a cup of tea, under the snow on the slope or on the beach. Identify your personal best spot to dream and then let your dreams go. Make sure not to limit yourself and once you know what really matters to you; once you feel what it would be that makes you feel happy and accomplished in life, then there will be nothing to hinder you getting there. The only limitation might be yourself – if you do not sincerely believe in your dreams.

I do hope that you are enjoying a gorgeous Sunday in this magic time before Christmas – take this time out on your way to accomplishing your infinite income plan!

I know that many of you might be thinking: “where is the whole magic around it – I have thousands of things to do, stress is in each single angle of town, people are rushing even more than usually, …” and so on . And I do agree. But, as I do love Christmas a lot, I pretend to feel it, I want to live it at its best. And in order to do so I try to lean back and absorb only the positive things about it:

“What gift for what person?” – well, I prepare a list so I can go out there and look already for a concrete thing. If I have no ideas with what to present some people, then I take an hour time and walk through a Shopping Mall and search for it. But I do not allow stress to overwhelm me. Even if it is only a few seconds, I will stand in front of a nice shop window, I will stop there and watch it; if there is a Christmas choir, I will stop by and listen a few minutes to it … and I try and imagine the shining eyes of the person I want to make a present to when she or he opens it on Christmas Day.

All this does not cost a lot of time nor effort but has immediate effect on your mood and stress level. Sometimes when we are overwhelmed we need to make a step backward and watch, absorb and only then act. It is the same with our business. You now are receiving lots of information. It is already difficult to understand which information is really relevant for you. Then you have to apply all you get. It is very frustrating receiving mails from people saying you that implementing their suggestions will take you only 5 minutes … and you still sit there after an hour or even more.

Take your time and lean back, think step by step what you have to do. Success does not come overnight. Each single thing, even the easiest ones have to be learned. Start with a toddler: they all have to learn speaking and walking … we all (healthy) do it without thinking today.

Think about writing a mail – it is a few seconds to communicate with the world … but remember how it was when you first turned on a PC?! It is the same with any program … it will be a few minutes to do it … but only once you have learned it.

Keep this in mind, do not get frustrated, you are on your way to achieving your success and accomplishing your infinite income plan.

I do wish you have spent a gorgeous Thanksgiving with your beloved and a great relaxing and fun weekend! You have been taken massive action over the last weeks already. The simple fact of coming back here and getting informed, of learning is an important act of action that you are taking towards your success!

Still, there is a crucial point to it, a topic that I had to experience by my own and that I want to share with you here today on our mindset day: I was taking notes for a far too long time. I always thought that I needed to become an expert before taking any real action and turning theory into practice.

Each time I was at the edge of taking an action, fear overcame me, thoughts of failure came across and … I would go back and study more theory …

Well, this is NOT the right thing to do! You always have to ask you one simple question: “What is the worst thing that can happen to me?” So, if we talk for instance about traffic driving techniques, what is the worst that can happen? Well, you get no traffic from this specific action.

What happens if you do not take any action: the same happens: you get no traffic to your site. BUT, there is an important difference between the two: If you do nothing, nothing will happen. If you do something three main things could happen:

1. You get massive action to your site – WOW, you did it!
2. You get some traffic to your site – good start, check the keywords and the message, and profit from the traffic you already got!
3. You get no traffic to your site – go and try again!

See the difference? There are 2 out of 3 possibilities for you to succeed if you chose action over perfection. There is no chance for you to succeed if you get stuck with theory in search for perfection without taking any real action.

Taking time out is essential, it is as important as having the right affiliate product to market, the right message for your list to grow and the right system and tools to bind it all up for you. With a free mind and a fresh spirit you will be able to go even further.

I personally do know that very often it is hard to take time off, especially when you have the feeling that your To-Do list is overwhelming you. Still make sure to get this time off, enjoy it with family and friends or simply have a lazy Sunday.

Hallo there,

while getting ready for you, writing notes and getting thoughts out of my little light-brown booklet (that you know from the videos) and preparing lesson Number 5 of the Video Training Series for Complete Newbies on the Internet … I just had some thoughts:

• “And what if they are overwhelmed?”
• “What if there is too much information to digest?”
• “What if things are not clear enough?”
• “What if the amount of things to do and decisions to take induces fear?”
• “What if … “

Well, suddenly I had all those “Whats” and “Ifs” in my mind and this is why I decided to stop by and say hallo and “Don’t Worry!”

Yes it is true that there is a lot of information to digest. It is confusing and even if you grab a concrete plan (as for instance the free report that you can request by clicking here on the right side of this blog) you will not know and understand the complete way immediately.

It is like studying. One lesson after the other, one exam that we pass better than another, one subject that we like more than another. It is exactly the same in here:

1. First you need to get an understanding of all the things you have to do
2. Second you need to learn and test them all
3. Third you need to apply them
4. Fourth you need to verify which methods bring you best results and which you like most!

It is all like deciding to study: first you decide for law school rather than medical school. If you are in medical school, you have to decide in a second phase for surgery vs. pediatrician for instance … and then the next decisions come … See what I mean.

And with both, your online business and the studies, with study directions and different marketing actions, there is only ONE single thing that is really important: your ultimate goal! If you have this clear, if you focus on it and work towards it, then the way will clear step by step.

Take all that you have become to be all that you can be. Soar above the clouds and let your dreams and goals set you free!

I wish you had a great week and an even better week is just ahead of you! You have made great progress already and I am pleased to see so! The way is not always easy, this is not what I am saying, but if you have a clear vision in front of you, if you exactly do know what you want to achieve it is exactly this focus and determination that will bring you up your path to success.
