Chase Luck & Profit in Business

Hallo!

Kasia back here after an intense weekend with my family and friends! Taking some time out is so key as it freshens up your mind, gives energy and positive mental power!

I have been speaking quite a lot about mindsetting and happiness and so on and there is a very specific reason for me doing so:

Having the right mindset is KEY to our lifes, key to success, in both personal and professional life.

I am creating a 40 days MaxMindPowerVideo Series for you – to be released early next week at the latest; and in the meantime want to share another few thoughts about this essential attitude and million dollar mindset:

  • “Lose the hold” as you can’t force joy and happiness. Allow it to surprise you instead of chasing it!
  • “Behave as If” – even if you are struggling with the actual situation, don’t let any negative thoughts overwhelm you. Right now, make a smile as each smile gives positive energy and things will become easier to handle, the burden lighter to carry.
  • Confidence – it is not always possible to pretty things. Still, if you try to counter your destiny with confidence and lightness, you will be open to and experience more moments of joy.
  • “Be in the Flow” – accept what you are doing now, is it your work, is it some time with your family, is it dish washing or ironing, working on budget sheets or repairing the car – accept it and live with it in harmony. Being angry or upset about it won’t make it happen faster nor will it make things disappear. But being in harmony with what you do is a great aid. It is not easy to learn but once you practice it consciously, it will easen life tremendously!
  • Nature – get out into nature, even if it is just a 5 minutes walk in a park close by or at the beach, down at a river or in the woods … or in the city jungle on a nice green spot. Nature and air freshen up your spirit!
  • “MindFood” – some things that we eat are said to help us feel happy. Among those are bananas and chocolate, nuts and milk products. Choose out of those the ones you can eat and enjoy eating. Have a small portion with you and believe in it!
  • “MindFlavors” are another source of fast relief and make you experience – even if it is just a few seconds – moments of joy and relaxation. Among the most used are rose oils and lavender.
  • You are not alone – listen to the people around you. Joy in with them in their moments of happiness and tear out energy of those. Also, make them share in your thoughts as sometimes even just saying one sentence may relieve the weight of it.

Applying this, or at least parts of it, together with the upcoming MaxMindPowerVideo Series will ensure that you have the right spirit for working on your success; for turning each problem and challenge into an opportunity and success.
