I am so excited, I initially planned not to share anything with you before I had all information together and a master piece ready for you. But my excitement and enthusiasm is too big and so I have decided to share with you what my main discovery and project for this coming winter season is:

many of you already know me. Still, I want to take the opportunity today to introduce myself again. A few reasons for that:

So, who am I and what am I for here?

My name is Kasia Greco, I am 38 and Austrian,  married to an Italian and a proud mother of two little sons aged 4 and 7. And this is key as I am first of all a loving and caring person in all aspects of my life. I am always seeking for optimum results and thriving for excellence, both as mom and as manager. Being enthusiastic and passionate about all I do, I always search for optimum outcome.

My definite strengths are in project planning, persistence and endurance. This is where I have also gained almost 15 years of working experience in renowned multinational companies I worked for in positions as Marketing Director and Senior Business Line Manager. From my professional career my main knowledge and experience lies within the Consumer Health Industry and in Marketing, where she has specialized and worked for almost 10 years.

I never like stopping but always am on the search for new challenges, new interesting things to learn and to work on. I have accomplished several Sales Technique courses as well as completed my training as leadership and team coach.

Enduring and with a huge will, I fluently speak 6 languages and have the thrive and determination to helping other working moms to build their own business and making money working from home – all others welcome too !

Kasia back here. It’s been a couple of weeks again. School has started for most kids by now. Most are back to work. Holiday season is over and full with enthusiasm I am back here with many ideas and things I’ve learned over the past weeks and months. My name is Kasia Greco, I am 37 years old and I live in Austria. I am a mother and I am a daughter, I am a wife and I am a sister, I am a Marketing director and I am a friend. A few months ago I have taken a very  important decision. I have decided to change my life for better:

less work, more quality time with my family and friends, more smiles in my life. It was a long way to get on this train. I finally managed to jump on, the moment that I realised and accepted 2 extremely important things:

1) Only I was and am responsible for my life. I can decide to be happy or sad, to live well or not. Nobody else can decide this, nobody can take this responsibility from me.

2) In order to live this better life that I am responsible for I have to have one thing very clear: WHAT DO I WANT? What are my goals? What is important to me? What do I want to achieve.

Exactly these same two answers are valid for you and for all others who want to experience and live significant change. Try it and you will live proof of it. It is no miracle; it is pure and verified reality.

Here on this blog I will be sharing with you my story that might become a lead for your story. I will be sharing with you not only my personal thoughts and believes that have made of me a better person, a person who is absolutely satisfied already now, even though still far away from where I want to go. Hallo, Kasia here with a short note and update for you!

I am excited and thrilled to inform you that TODAY, April 1st 2009 I have founded my first real own company: Katarzyna Greco Consult e.U.

It has been a long way till here and the goal is still at the far end of this long boulevard I have started walking on. But I am determined to make it become my personal Sunset Boulevard. The street towards success – and I am pleased taking you with me on this exciting journey.

I have learned many things along the way to this exciting day of today. I have shared many with you already and as my mission at KGI Consult is to help and inspire, I will make sure to pass on all information that will allow you – if ever you wish so – to learn and apply it for your own success!
