just 2 days left for celebrating Christmas around the world! People rushing around getting ready for this wonderful festivity; children being anxious for Santa Claus to finally arrive. Many people on the road travelling home for Christmas – so am I.

Placing blog posts and content is key and essential to online marketing and we all know this! Still, we are all human. We are all excited about the festivities to come. And also business needs to celebrate. Think about a blog post not only to share content and information. Use this time of the year for sharing experiences and joy with your friends and followers.

It is not essential to be here on the 24th of December with the latest online marketing trick to be presented. What is important is to be present. I have you in my mind. I want to share the joy I have after a long working year, hard at times but with great results. I am here to share with you my joy and blessing of such a wonderful family I have. I am here to inspire you to think about the blessings you have received over the past 12 months. Feel the joy.

Make your blog post not a “business-only” place. Make it a vivid place of exchange and communication. People will love the natural aspect of it and will come back to check in for more news from you. And you will be ready there, in the new year, to provide them with new and fresh content about your business and services; about life changing tools and techniques.

Any business, be it online or offline, is as good as the people behind, and you never shall forget that “You can’t spell S_ccess without U”! You make up your business, your personality and envolvement your success!

Hallo on this last weekend before Christmas!

I know many are rushing around, trying to buy last gifts, preparing for the big family dinner, decorating houses, enjoying Christmas parties … it really is a very special time of the year!

Me personally I do love Christmas. All the lights and glitter, the religious background, all the magic around it. I do enjoy the celebrations in church, the Christmas parties with friends and colleagues and the smell of Christmas cookies around my house.

Still, there is another thing I love doing around Christmas even more than during the rest of the year: feeling gratitude and sharing with those who are not as lucky as I am. Also, I love making presents and seeing happy faces. It makes me feel really happy to make others feel happy!

And today is the day that I want to make YOU feel happy as well! My Christmas present for you is a half an hour coaching session via Skype with me. If the coaching is to be on online marketing rather than personal development; if you wish to reflect on how to best organize your day as a working mom or prefer a first coaching unit on change management in your working environment: it is YOUR CHOICE!

Many people are looking for new challenges and business opportunities in the big world of Web 2.0. No doubt that there are many successful ways to reach significant internet income, develop a millionaire mindset and reach financial freedom. The main issue is that there are so many opportunities out there and finding the one that suits you best is one of the most difficult tasks.

It is extremely important to have your goals in mind and keep them clear in front of you:

What do I want to achieve?

• Do I want to earn a few dollars of extra income?
• Do I want to make a living out of it?
• Do I have or plan to develop my own product?
• Do I want to distribute a product or service that is already available and earn for instance commissions on it?
• Do I want to spend an hour a day, three or even more?

A marketing plan and strategy are exactly what you need as they will make you elaborate in a step by step process all these questions! They will put your vision into a format that is easy to follow and will allow you to check off all needed milestones on the way towards your goal, your goal not necessarily always, but very often being steady income streams.

A marketing strategy is a process that allows you to concentrate using your time and resources on those elements and opportunities of growth that best fit your ultimate goal. Concentrate on those activities that can increase your sales, achieve growth and eventually also competitive advantage, depending on what market you are in!

But, your marketing strategy can only be effective if it is an integral component of your ultimate goal, of your vision, of your mission. You never have to lose this picture of your ultimate goal in front of your eyes.

• Do you wish to become the best affiliate marketer the world has ever seen?
• Do you want to have a few dollars in addition to your “normal” day-to-day life, just to live a bit more relaxed and less worried about unexpected eventualities?
• Have you invented the best anti-aging and weight loss pill, both in one and want to spread this discovery around the world?

It does not matter what it is. There are only two things you always need to keep in mind:

1. your goal must be like a picture, a vivid frame in front of your eyes all the time
2. you have to clearly define, set and monitor the milestones to your success.

If you apply these two seemingly easy rules then you will succeed!
Putting it in more general marketing terms, a corporate strategy, your company/development strategy defines how your project/product/company will become and stay successful. Your clients are the source of your revenue, and therefore your marketing strategy is closely linked with sales.

This is what I define the mindset and heart of a successful strategy. Use this holiday season to relax and reflect. Get cristal clear about your goals and then you will be ready for a rocking New Year 2010!

Just 10 days left for Christmas to come. Children are counting days, adults are rushing from place to place to meet friends, organize for presents … and … of course finish off with the work load for the ending year.

Within you working place, do you not experience a kind of friendlier atmosphere these days? I do! I had this experience both while working in a typical corporate environment, as well as now that I own my little company. Colleagues are somehow friendlier, the atmosphere is kind of lighter, even though very stress through all the preparations of this period of the year.

But, do we need Christmas to be friendlier with our colleagues and friends; with our employees and employers, with the suppliers and vendors? I don’t think so! Personally I do believe – and try to apply 5 simple “rules” to make people important throughout the year, wherever I go:

1. Speak & Live with credibility - I also refer to this principle as leading with moral authority. It does not mean much for you to say “let’s keep looking for the opportunity ahead” while living in fear and operating with a scarcity mentality.

2. Be authentic – Share with the people in your organization where you are weak. Express just how much you need them. Let them know that you know your limitations. Invite them to be team players, ask for their sorrows and share yours … and YES you have time for doing so … these are just seconds that can change long year relationships! ““Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” (Henry Ford)

3. See Abilities in Others They Don’t See Themselves – take time to be observant. Quit the craziness long enough to notice the talent in those around you, LISTEN to people when they tell you things. This is a huge GIFT not many have. After you have noticed a talent or strength in a person, let them know you noticed it and be specific about what you noticed and give them suggestions by for example telling them what you would do if you knew how to do a specic thing … “Innovation is a team sport” (Henry Ford).

4. Inspire People – Tell people about you so people will better understand you and you very often – without realizing – might inspire them, may be with a solution to a problem, maybe with an idea for a birthday gift. It is not important with what, but THAT you inspire those around you!  “If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as well as from your own.” (Henry Ford)

5. Live on Purpose – Remind people that personal life and working life are both part of the game. Remind them that what happens at work is only a portion of their life. Doing your job and living for your family or sports, for your private life is all important. The most important about it though is to have a clear vision of the goal one personally needs to set and then work and life with focus and determination, with faith and enthusiasm towards it!. “Enthusiasm is the yeast that makes your hopes shine to the stars. Enthusiasm is the sparkle in your eyes, the swing in your gait. The grip of your hand, the irresistible surge of will and energy to execute your ideas.” (Henry Ford)

Hallo dear Friends,

I have been so busy working up these days tons of admin stuff, learning from all different programs I am involved in; rushing from clients to school and vice versa …

On my way I always saw and see all those lights … decorations for Christmas that are placed all over … and I love it … for me it has something really magic … and this made me think …

What did I do in 2009, who am I, where do I head to … and I decided to share a bit more about me adn my story today with you … not necessarily as a new marketing online technique … but maybe as a reflection on goals and focus …

I had a secure and successful corporate career. I was a well respected and well known marketing manager. And one year ago I decided to quit.

I had a huge reason but just a few would understand me.

I had a plan but just a few would believe in me.

My kids and precious time to spend with them was the reason.
My successfull own business was the goal – with flexibility to join in between career and family, between blackberry and diapers … and the great news is
I MADE IT!

I have met a lot of gorgeous people on my way (”when the pupil is ready the teacher arrives”) who have helped me.

I have also made my first experiences helping other s and guiding them.

PLUS I have finally had so much time for my two little boys. I got to know other parents in school and kindergarten …

I am on the beginning of my way. But my dream, my goal, my way have become clearer and clearer … and my wish for you, for this Christmas season is that you fine some time, maybe in the magic of all those thousands of Christmas lights – to find where the real magic in your life is – and feel grateful for it!

Hallo!

Kasia back here after an intense weekend with my family and friends! Taking some time out is so key as it freshens up your mind, gives energy and positive mental power!

I have been speaking quite a lot about mindsetting and happiness and so on and there is a very specific reason for me doing so:

Having the right mindset is KEY to our lifes, key to success, in both personal and professional life.

I am creating a 40 days MaxMindPowerVideo Series for you – to be released early next week at the latest; and in the meantime want to share another few thoughts about this essential attitude and million dollar mindset:

• “Lose the hold” as you can’t force joy and happiness. Allow it to surprise you instead of chasing it!

• “Behave as If” – even if you are struggling with the actual situation, don’t let any negative thoughts overwhelm you. Right now, make a smile as each smile gives positive energy and things will become easier to handle, the burden lighter to carry.

• Confidence – it is not always possible to pretty things. Still, if you try to counter your destiny with confidence and lightness, you will be open to and experience more moments of joy.

• “Be in the Flow” – accept what you are doing now, is it your work, is it some time with your family, is it dish washing or ironing, working on budget sheets or repairing the car – accept it and live with it in harmony. Being angry or upset about it won’t make it happen faster nor will it make things disappear. But being in harmony with what you do is a great aid. It is not easy to learn but once you practice it consciously, it will easen life tremendously!

• Nature – get out into nature, even if it is just a 5 minutes walk in a park close by or at the beach, down at a river or in the woods … or in the city jungle on a nice green spot. Nature and air freshen up your spirit!

• “MindFood” – some things that we eat are said to help us feel happy. Among those are bananas and chocolate, nuts and milk products. Choose out of those the ones you can eat and enjoy eating. Have a small portion with you and believe in it!

• “MindFlavors” are another source of fast relief and make you experience – even if it is just a few seconds – moments of joy and relaxation. Among the most used are rose oils and lavender.

• You are not alone – listen to the people around you. Joy in with them in their moments of happiness and tear out energy of those. Also, make them share in your thoughts as sometimes even just saying one sentence may relieve the weight of it.

Applying this, or at least parts of it, together with the upcoming MaxMindPowerVideo Series will ensure that you have the right spirit for working on your success; for turning each problem and challenge into an opportunity and success.

Do you sometimes feel frustrated? Do you sometimes have the impression that all and everything is working against you? Do you sometimes believe that all your efforts bring no fruits?

Well, believe me. This is frustrating BUT the good news is that it does not happen only for you or me. It happens to EVERBODY!

The main difference between people always feeling to be losers and those who seem to be blessed with success only is MINDSET.

Why am I telling you this? Well, over the past days I had experienced it very intensely and it took me a while to understand that it was

• not my PC
• not technology
• not missing time
• not the world against me

But it was just ME personally standing between me and my success and positive feelings.

How can this be? Well, I was (and still am) so excited with my website being live; with the many tools and topics I want to share with you; with the newsletter and so on that I kind of lost the overview. Instead of working step by step I kind of wanted to provide you with all information at once. But my PC broke, my video still does not work, the newsletter design is mixed … WHY did all this happen to me if I just wanted to work and provide positive content ?????

I did not understand the world. I was working hard, enthusiastic and with a concrete goal … and then all this …

But then, after a few tears and some reflection I finally understood. I had lost the sense of time. My enthusiasm was driving me too fast. I needed to calm down and do things, one after the other. Only by doing so I could assure you receiving the correct information, without being overwhelmed with too many items at once.

Only calm could move me forward … and as soon as I realized this things started working out again. And now I want to make sure that you are aware of this. I want to help you to learn slowing down sometimes. I want you to understand that if sometimes we are “hit by drawbacks” we need to accept those and still keep smiling and positive. This is the secret of those who always seem happy and successful. They accept drawbacks as part of the game. They do not waste precious energy in getting upset and questioning life. They use those moments to reflect, step one step back and than move on with even more power and positive energy.

Before heading off to wishing you a wonderful day I want to share with you a very simple and powerful method that – if applied – can help you becoming one of those blessed and successful people!

The 5L Method:

L1 – Learn as new information is fitness for your brain and inspiration for your days. It helps solving problems and generates new ideas.

L2 – Live each day with care and attention. Feel each moment and cease the moment. Gather joy from small pleasures in life as those, all put together, make a big part of the fuel you need to smile!

L3 – Love: your family, your friends, your life and yourself!

L4 – Laugh as a smile a day keeps the anger away

L5 – Lift weights or swim or jog; as any type of sports, even just a short walk are healthy for body & mind!

Keep these 5 L’s in mind and have a fantastic day!

Hallo there,

while getting ready for the “Sunday is Mindset Day” Video Series I will be sharing with you throughout this upcoming summer, I had some thoughts …..

• “And what if people are overwhelmed?”
• “What if there is too much information to digest?”
• “What if things are not clear enough?”
• “What if the amount of things to do and decisions to take induces fear?”
• “What if … “

Well, suddenly I had all those “Whats” and “Ifs” in my mind and this is why I decided to stop by and say “Hallo” and “Don’t Worry!”

Yes it is true that there is a lot of information to digest when setting up a new business. I am a vivid example of it just living through this new experience myself! It is confusing and even if you grab a concrete plan (as for instance the free report that you can request by clicking here on the right side of this blog) you will not know and understand the complete way immediately.

It is like studying. One lesson after the other, one exam that we pass better than another, one subject that we like more than another. It is exactly the same in here:

• First you need to get an understanding of all the things you have to do
• Second you need to learn and test them all
• Third you need to apply them
• Fourth you need to verify which methods bring you best results and which you like most!

It is all like deciding to study: first you decide for law school rather than medical school. If you are in medical school, you have to decide in a second phase for surgery vs. pediatrician for instance … and then the next decisions come … See what I mean.

And with both, your online business and the studies, with study directions and different marketing actions, there is only ONE single thing that is really important: your ultimate goal! If you have this clear, if you focus on it and work towards it, then the way will clear step by step.

Take all that you have become to be all that you can be. Soar above the clouds and let your dreams and goals set you free!
