Did you everask yourself WHY some people have so much success online and others not?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY you made so many efforts and the checks for commissions were not as you had hoped for?

Did you ever ask yourself WHY some people got tons of traffic to their websites and you did not?

I have, not only once but even quite often asked myself these kind of questions!

I had set my mind for success, one of the most important actions we all need to take when starting out any new venture. Mindset, focus and determination, in combination with massive action are the success formula to all our success, to your success.

Einstein already would say: “What you think about is what you bring about” … no explanation needed, I’m sure!

So, here I was, mindset checked OK, marketing set up, action list marked … but the expected reaction from the market would not come …. WHY????

I did not understand why I was not obtaining the expected results, what is it that I was missing? I had the best system on earth, the best converting product, so I was set for success, right?!

Well, just almost … remember the formula to success? Mindset & Massive Action … and this is the point that I was missing …I have the mindset right, I have a great product, I have the best system out there … but I forgot to include ME in this action plan!

My personal input:

• me using the system, not just having it;
• me driving action and not just waiting;
• me challenging myself and the system, not accepting;
• me taking the situation into my hands and not making any system nor product to think instead of me.

Any business, be it online or a traditional offline business, copy shop or corner store. You can rent the best office and the shop in Sunset Boulevard with the biggest windows. You can have the best food in your restaurant and the most famous designers in your store. If YOU do not stand for this all, if you do not get involved personally, then you will not succeed. Not online, not offline. If people trust you and know you they will come to you … and appreciate the fact that you have great designer clothes or the best marketing system available for them. They would still come if you had the second best system or copy shop, because they come to you!

See the difference, see the challenge and see the human aspects of online business, they are as important there as they are at the store right around the corner!

Hallo again,

I am getting ready for KGI Consult to start through on April 1st. STill lots of offline business and some online start. The foundation layer is getting ready, the way is still long and tough, BUT the good news is that I know where I want to go adn I am willing to take all hurdles along the way!

I will be back with news on KGI Consult and some of my plans in the coming weeks but today I wanted to make sure to stop by and share an important learning I had along the way:

I am still in a learning process, actually I am a strong believer that we are all learning every single day, improving and finetuning for our success. The difference might simply be between learning consciously and learning in a passive, not evident way. Anyhow, this is another topic )

What I wanted to say is that these past days I got so excited with all the new tools I have learned and that have started bringing me massive success here in the wide vast world of online businesses, that I lost the overview. I have spent nights learning new tools, setting up social network accounts, writing network posts, testing YouTube video productions, finding out about new forums, connecting with people from around the Globe and exchanging ideas with them …. And time flew by and I did not even realise …

But today I sat down and said: What did I do these past days?

How many articles did I write? Zero

How many blog posts did I write? Zero

Did I do any Adwords? No

Did I mail my list? No

An then this shiver came over my back and I realised: I had been doing a lot, I had spent many long hours working – but it was with a long term view, mid term some of what I did … But NONE of the activities of my past days would generate immediate success, immediate income … and without continuous growth and success now in the short term all my mid term and long term preparations would not make a lot of sense …. See the point?

I had taken massive action on my longterm relationship building. I have grown in just a few days my friends on Twitter and Facebook (increasing as I am writing this post) and I have found great people to meet in there … but my Clickbank account stayed dry, sad and isolated ;-((

So I have decided a rule for myself and will be writing a concrete plan by tomorrow: “What to do, When, and How Often?!”

Income Producing Activities vs. Trainings & Social Networking & Support Activities & Co. = 2:1

Meaning 10 hours of income producing activities vs. max. 5 hours of training & networking & administration.

There is no need for any of us, especially when you have limited time resources, to free those for networking only or the other way round, for writing articles online only. A good mix of both will be the best, and the 2:1 formula should help you to focus and convert your huge motivation into a concrete plan.

Hallo and, yes I dare … Happy New Year!

You know, it has been one month exactly since I last made a post here in my blog – huge shame on me!
I have been working hard preparing a missile start into 2009 that … and the Infinite Income Plan was working for me! I kind of did not realize how fast time passes … and we are almost heading towards the end of the first month of 2009.

Actually, the Infinite Income Plan had allowed myself to not only spend a blessed Christmas and holiday season with my family but has given me the opportunity of changing a lot of things in this new year:

1. I have quit my job – yes, I was confident enough thanks to the Infinite Income Plan to do so, despite the economy going down, recession knocking at our doors, well not at mine! I am not a millionaire, not yet ) but I have the luxury of having set up a steadily growing online income stream thanks to the Infinite Income Plan.

2. I have started developing my own service range for young mothers mainly – ready for launch in spring 2009.

3. I of course have spent most of my time getting my marketing and action plan ready for increasing the ROI on the Infinite Income Plan.

4. I have put together a list of issues and points I want to share with you in my upcoming videos and posts to help you building your success, against all predictions and fears, to building up a successful online business in the middle of a worldwide crisis. It is and will be only your persistence, focus and determination that will bring you success … in combination with the right tools and some tips and tricks … I will share all I know with you!

5. I wanted to have it all ready for you before writing again.

… and more days passed than I would have imagined …

Therefore, I sincerely do hope that you had a gorgeous start into this new year and do wish you only all the very best for a successful, health and joyful year 2009.

We have talked about focusing on the right business decision for you and focusing on the right mindset. These were the topics of the last two (or shall I rather say 1st 2) training videos. Before we get into some more details with the upcoming lessons and series of video trainings for Complete Newbies to the Internet, I felt like sharing with you the immensity of things you have to accomplish before being able to say: “I have launched a successful online business”

In order to make money online, and what I mean here is not a few dollars in additional revenues to your pocket, you need to compile and complete a long list of things that are essential for your success. All main key steps that are necessary for assuring your growing and lasting online income stream can be outlined as follows:

• You must do market research on the market you are interested in;
• You must have a product to sell, yours or of somebody else (affiliate programs);
• You must have all the shopping cart process installed, including accounts with PayPal and Clickbank;
• You need an online presence in form of a web site – in different forms and for different means:

1. A so-called Magnetizer page where you will tell people about your service and product;
2. A Sales page – where you outline the complete and concrete offer of your service or product
3. A so-called exit page and a Download page – according to your concrete offerings

• You have to write sales copy, e-mail series and so on;
• You must create or get the allowance to use a free report, e-book, audio or any other, to give it free of charge to your potential customers;
• You will need to set up an automated sales process that will loop people from the Magnetizer Page to the Freebie (free E-book for instance) page, then to the Sales Page, further on to the Download page, and so on ….
• You need to set up any available tracking and testing tools and instrument, to identify which advertising methods pay off best;
• You must have an auto-responder service for staying in steady contact with “your list”;

You see, this list is long … and I have just mentioned the main points that are important for setting up this process to success.

this is Kasia speaking, it is Sunday and Sunday is Mindset Day … these are exactly the words that I use in the very beginning of lesson number 2 of my Video Series for Complete Newbies to the Internet!

And I do not only say but I do mean them … Sunday for many of us is a day to relax, a day to recharge, a day to rejoice, a day to enjoy … and exactly all this positivity is what we need as the very base of our personal and business life. Life is not always as easy and straight forward going as we would like it to be.

Both in personal and in business life we very often are faced with problems, some bigger than others, that we need to manage. Those might impact our activities; they might cause distraction from our goals … and this is what we have to avoid the best way possible.

Famous and successful Internet Marketer Lisa Diane summarized thousands of years of wisdom in what she calls the “5 Magic Words”: “Your Thoughts Create Your Life”. This is so true, for any aspect of your life. It is so important that I repeat it twice in my video!

In order to have your mindset clear and focused you need to exactly know what your ultimate goal is. Once you know this, then you have achieved already 90% of your path to success. You might not be knowledgeable about the concrete way to your ultimate goal in the very beginning. It is a learning process under the lead of “when the student is ready the teacher arrives” … and only your 100% millionaire mindset is a guarantee for your success. Millionaires don’t have thoughts of failure, they concentrate on their outcomes, on great movies the will register if they are actors, on great new businesses if they are entrepreneurs.
