After having answered the above questions – and take your time for doing so – life and act focused towards your ultimate goals and dreams … and the 8 Ps will help you on your way!

Plan purposefully.
Prepare prayerfully.
Proceed positively.
Pursue persistently.

And among all NEVER forget faith and gratitude as they are an additional and very powerful source of success.

I hope you have spent a gorgeous Christmas with your families and beloved! Mine was bright and full of love and joy, with those huge eyes only children have, when they live the magic of Christmas.

Now we are just 4 days apart before starting the next celebrations. The celebrations for the New Year 2010 to come. Again we will be sitting with families and friends, eating and having fun, celebrating and enjoying “some time off from “normal life”".

This time of the year is a very intense time, full with people we encounter, full with festivities and joy we share. But not only, it is or at least should also be a time to reflect, reflect about all the blessings we have had throughout the past year. We should be proud of all our achievements, even if those were just first hazardous little steps. We have to see what has not gone as well as we had hope for and clear the way for the New Year to be an even better one.

Now I want to share with you what my first personal development teacher and coach told me already the very first time we spoke and repeated on each occasion we had to meet or speak:

“BE – THINK – SPEAK – ACT” – this is the powerful 4 step formula for creating your life hte way you want it to be. I liked the concept from the very beginning … but did not really believe in it. How could I start having a better life by simply thinking about it … BUT my wish for change was that strong that I tried it … thinking in the back of my mind “if it doesn’t help, at least it won’t harm …”

BUT , YES it works, it did and it does!

I have applied “Your thoughts create your life“; I have applied the 4 steps to success and now want to share them with you; still in time for starting off into a New Year 2010, even stronger and better prepared as you might be now.

1. Allow yourself to BE happy and wealthy. Eliminate all negative thoughts and BUTs in your mind. I know it is not any easy exercise and I know it won’t happen within a day or two. But it works.

Use positive affirmations to help you: I am happy; I am ready for success; I have a great future; I am blessed; etc. I also do use some positivity statements every single day … learned from Lisa and some other mental trainers – ask me and I’ll share those with you as well!

2. THINK – this is going even a step further , allowing and believing in it. Thinking about your life the way you want it to be. But do not imagine it in 10 or 20 years, imagine it now. As we live TODAY and only NOW is what we can influence, as yesterday has passed and tomorrow will be …

3. SPEAK about it. Tell people about your dreams, ignore if they ask you how. Just tell them that you have the strong feeling that it will be in a certain way. Just giving you a simple example here: if you go window shopping with a friend and see a beautiful designer bag which you have always desired, just say something like “Oh, here’s my bad, I will get it for my birthday …”Don’t worry about the HOW, just have faith that it really will happen, and it will. I have experienced it. You have just to think about it every day, be focused and determined on your way.

4. ACT AS IF you were already among those people you admire most and who are the way you would like to be. Go to a museum or shopping mall where you can be among those people. Dress up nicely and feel well. Smell the air around them and think yourself into being one of them. Dreams are powerful and essential.  They are further energy to our ultimate goal.

I know that all this might seems quite weird to you, especially if you have never been exposed to these kind of thoughts or theories. And I can understand this very well, as I have been there only a couple of years ago. But now, that I have learned applying those techniques, actually these 4 little steps, I apply them successfully in each and every area of my life – and they WORK!

just 2 days left for celebrating Christmas around the world! People rushing around getting ready for this wonderful festivity; children being anxious for Santa Claus to finally arrive. Many people on the road travelling home for Christmas – so am I.

Placing blog posts and content is key and essential to online marketing and we all know this! Still, we are all human. We are all excited about the festivities to come. And also business needs to celebrate. Think about a blog post not only to share content and information. Use this time of the year for sharing experiences and joy with your friends and followers.

It is not essential to be here on the 24th of December with the latest online marketing trick to be presented. What is important is to be present. I have you in my mind. I want to share the joy I have after a long working year, hard at times but with great results. I am here to share with you my joy and blessing of such a wonderful family I have. I am here to inspire you to think about the blessings you have received over the past 12 months. Feel the joy.

Make your blog post not a “business-only” place. Make it a vivid place of exchange and communication. People will love the natural aspect of it and will come back to check in for more news from you. And you will be ready there, in the new year, to provide them with new and fresh content about your business and services; about life changing tools and techniques.

Any business, be it online or offline, is as good as the people behind, and you never shall forget that “You can’t spell S_ccess without U”! You make up your business, your personality and envolvement your success!

Hallo on this last weekend before Christmas!

I know many are rushing around, trying to buy last gifts, preparing for the big family dinner, decorating houses, enjoying Christmas parties … it really is a very special time of the year!

Me personally I do love Christmas. All the lights and glitter, the religious background, all the magic around it. I do enjoy the celebrations in church, the Christmas parties with friends and colleagues and the smell of Christmas cookies around my house.

Still, there is another thing I love doing around Christmas even more than during the rest of the year: feeling gratitude and sharing with those who are not as lucky as I am. Also, I love making presents and seeing happy faces. It makes me feel really happy to make others feel happy!

And today is the day that I want to make YOU feel happy as well! My Christmas present for you is a half an hour coaching session via Skype with me. Many people are looking for new challenges and business opportunities in the big world of Web 2.0. No doubt that there are many successful ways to reach significant internet income, develop a millionaire mindset and reach financial freedom. The main issue is that there are so many opportunities out there and finding the one that suits you best is one of the most difficult tasks.

It is extremely important to have your goals in mind and keep them clear in front of you:

What do I want to achieve?

• Do I want to earn a few dollars of extra income?
• Do I want to make a living out of it?
• Do I have or plan to develop my own product?
• Do I want to distribute a product or service that is already available and earn for instance commissions on it?
• Do I want to spend an hour a day, three or even more?

A marketing plan and strategy are exactly what you need as they will make you elaborate in a step by step process all these questions! They will put your vision into a format that is easy to follow and will allow you to check off all needed milestones on the way towards your goal, your goal not necessarily always, but very often being steady income streams.

A marketing strategy is a process that allows you to concentrate using your time and resources on those elements and opportunities of growth that best fit your ultimate goal. Concentrate on those activities that can increase your sales, achieve growth and eventually also competitive advantage, depending on what market you are in!

But, your marketing strategy can only be effective if it is an integral component of your ultimate goal, of your vision, of your mission. You never have to lose this picture of your ultimate goal in front of your eyes.

• Do you wish to become the best affiliate marketer the world has ever seen?
• Do you want to have a few dollars in addition to your “normal” day-to-day life, just to live a bit more relaxed and less worried about unexpected eventualities?
• Have you invented the best anti-aging and weight loss pill, both in one and want to spread this discovery around the world?

It does not matter what it is. There are only two things you always need to keep in mind:

1. your goal must be like a picture, a vivid frame in front of your eyes all the time
2. you have to clearly define, set and monitor the milestones to your success.

If you apply these two seemingly easy rules then you will succeed!
Putting it in more general marketing terms, a corporate strategy, your company/development strategy defines how your project/product/company will become and stay successful. Your clients are the source of your revenue, and therefore your marketing strategy is closely linked with sales.

This is what I define the mindset and heart of a successful strategy. Use this holiday season to relax and reflect. Get cristal clear about your goals and then you will be ready for a rocking New Year 2010!

Just 10 days left for Christmas to come. Children are counting days, adults are rushing from place to place to meet friends, organize for presents … and … of course finish off with the work load for the ending year.

Within you working place, do you not experience a kind of friendlier atmosphere these days? I do! I had this experience both while working in a typical corporate environment, as well as now that I own my little company. Colleagues are somehow friendlier, the atmosphere is kind of lighter, even though very stress through all the preparations of this period of the year.

But, do we need Christmas to be friendlier with our colleagues and friends; with our employees and employers, with the suppliers and vendors? I don’t think so! Personally I do believe – and try to apply 5 simple “rules” to make people important throughout the year, wherever I go:

1. Speak & Live with credibility - I also refer to this principle as leading with moral authority. It does not mean much for you to say “let’s keep looking for the opportunity ahead” while living in fear and operating with a scarcity mentality.

2. Be authentic – Share with the people in your organization where you are weak. Express just how much you need them. Let them know that you know your limitations. Invite them to be team players, ask for their sorrows and share yours … and YES you have time for doing so … these are just seconds that can change long year relationships! ““Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” (Henry Ford)

3. See Abilities in Others They Don’t See Themselves – take time to be observant. Quit the craziness long enough to notice the talent in those around you, LISTEN to people when they tell you things. This is a huge GIFT not many have. After you have noticed a talent or strength in a person, let them know you noticed it and be specific about what you noticed and give them suggestions by for example telling them what you would do if you knew how to do a specic thing … “Innovation is a team sport” (Henry Ford).

4. Inspire People – Tell people about you so people will better understand you and you very often – without realizing – might inspire them, may be with a solution to a problem, maybe with an idea for a birthday gift. It is not important with what, but THAT you inspire those around you!  “If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as well as from your own.” (Henry Ford)

5. Live on Purpose – Remind people that personal life and working life are both part of the game. Remind them that what happens at work is only a portion of their life. Doing your job and living for your family or sports, for your private life is all important. The most important about it though is to have a clear vision of the goal one personally needs to set and then work and life with focus and determination, with faith and enthusiasm towards it!. “Enthusiasm is the yeast that makes your hopes shine to the stars. Enthusiasm is the sparkle in your eyes, the swing in your gait. The grip of your hand, the irresistible surge of will and energy to execute your ideas.” (Henry Ford)

Hallo dear Friends,

I have been so busy working up these days tons of admin stuff, learning from all different programs I am involved in; rushing from clients to school and vice versa …

On my way I always saw and see all those lights … decorations for Christmas that are placed all over … and I love it … for me it has something really magic … and this made me think …

What did I do in 2009, who am I, where do I head to … and I decided to share a bit more about me adn my story today with you … not necessarily as a new marketing online technique … but maybe as a reflection on goals and focus …

I had a secure and successful corporate career. I was a well respected and well known marketing manager. And one year ago I decided to quit.

I had a huge reason but just a few would understand me.

I had a plan but just a few would believe in me.

My kids and precious time to spend with them was the reason.
My successfull own business was the goal – with flexibility to join in between career and family, between blackberry and diapers … and the great news is
I MADE IT!

I have met a lot of gorgeous people on my way (”when the pupil is ready the teacher arrives”) who have helped me.

I have also made my first experiences helping other s and guiding them.

PLUS I have finally had so much time for my two little boys. I got to know other parents in school and kindergarten …

I am on the beginning of my way. But my dream, my goal, my way have become clearer and clearer … and my wish for you, for this Christmas season is that you fine some time, maybe in the magic of all those thousands of Christmas lights – to find where the real magic in your life is – and feel grateful for it!

The other day we were speaking about press releases and their power!

Today I want to introduce another very important online marketing tool, extremely powerful and free of charge! It is your willingness, your work adn effort that bring the results desired!

So, what is an Ezine? An Ezine is an Electronic magazine, this is where the name comes from.

The goal of Ezines is to offer in depth content on a specific topic or issue, just the way we are used to find it in magazines, newspapers or press columns. Usually these articles are written by professional journalists and experts on specific topics, based on key leader opinions and interviews .

You can find Ezines on all topics you only could imagine; there are specific Ezines of golfing as well as for young mothers, on Internet Business as well as on latest holiday trends. You could envision these ezines actually as a kind of website, as a kind of internet portal that is built up like a newspaper or magazine with one add-on being supplementary functions as online community links, comment possibilities and others.

The difference to „real“ Internet communities or forums is that for CONTENT is very clearly the main part and the main focus – it is not the chat functioning nor any community networking. These tools are in there as they are kind of standard already within the Internet world but are not the main goal. Ezines we could almost say are kind of “content addicted” and focused!

On the other hand, the main difference to „normal“ journals, newspapers and magazines is that Ezines are exclusively online magazines, whereas many magazines have an online version available in addition to the traditional paper edition.

As Ezines are published exclusively online they have to pass the so called CMS (Content Management System) which is a tool that allows to exactly place the article in a professional way online, making sure that all aspects and formats are reflected as they would need to do for professional article writing. In short, one can say that CMS is the tool online publishers use for publishing Ezines to the Web!

Among the most famous sites for ezines are ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com and articledashboard.com.

With this in mind, go and chek it out, start gathering content and write your first article. Once you have written the first one you will feel really proud of yourself and see that there is no mystery behind but a straight forward and powerful online marketing tool!

I hope you had some time to relax and to enjoy!. I have taken the time to think over different issues I want to tell you about; the great news from the Online Marketing School that are ready to make you rok’n roll on the Internet … and while having all those thoughts flowing around my mind … I thought: and what about the BLOG? Why not a daily newsletter or a simple mail? … and so, I have decided to dedicate this blog post here today to the importance of blogging.

To the question: “Is a Blog Key to your online Marketing Streategy?” – well, in my opinion, a simple YES would be enough as an answer … but let me exploit this a bit further …

Having a BLOG has become kind of a fashion. It has become an easy–to–use and very fast tool for informing the world about yourself, about your plans, about your products and services. Turning this information into a steady online income stream is the right strategy and mindset for your successful internet business and online income stream. Body Blogging for success could be the mode to describe your easy start into the big world of online business and internet marketing strategies. Blogging for Success is also training at the same time.

Each time that you post a blog, you will receive a training on the three main aspects of your business:

1) The product or service you offer

2) The Internet Tools that you use versus the others available

3) The Online Business Evolution – a very fast moving and changing business environment where it is not always easy to keep up the pace.

Writing about your product or service, you have to think about the product or service you offer. You will want to enlighten it from different perspectives to attract new customers. You might find new ways to market your product or service simply by writing regularly about it and elaborating any comments you might get.

Another important source of information for your blog, to be a successful marketing machine, is to visit competitors’ blogs and sites and identify there what comments customers (that eventually are also your potential new clients) leave there. By being on Google, or simply online you will be always informed on new techniques and strategies, on Adwords offers and Search Engine Optimization Tools. You will get hundreds of mails and notes on new studies and offers. This does absolutely not mean that you will need to get all of them or study them one by one. This will give you the important background information of having heard about, ready for the day your customers or your competitor’s clients start asking for it. It is part of competitive advantage that you can earn here through knowledge and interest. And as it comes to Google and all the other search engines, they like new content and they like to know that you and your site are active regularly and not just then and now.

There are six points, one the normal consequence of the previous one, that make your blog a success for you:

1) Show Google and all the search engines – by blogging regularly, meaning that you post a minimum of two entries a week – that your Blog is always actual, which they like and which will lead to

2) a better placing at Google and therefore

3) more impressions – meaning how often people have seen your ads, your links to your blog

4) more clicks , meaning

5) more visitors,

6) and so on, and you know the story, as it goes on!
